I get so angry that I,
Get all wound up inside.
My clockwork angels,
Flying by the night.
I look into the stars,
The minute, little things.
Like the million, little doorways,
It's like a spellbound fate.
Turning back to the steam,
The gears and clogs turn,
And I'm in a state of grace,
About the majesty of everyday life.
My take on the poem is that this girl is a steampunk engineer who longs to travel to the stars and explore outer space. She wants it so badly that a little everyday magic sparkles to life during her wash up!
